My questions are always answered and my needs met

Well, like her office, staff polite, and very helpful. The doctor was very helpful and expressing how I was feeling she made it easy for me to confine in her about my condition.

First, the office staff is awesome! Second, Dr. Sannoh takes her time, doesn’t rush, and explains any concerns in layman terms, making the visit very comfortable. I will continue to recommend this office. Thank you!!

Front desk ladies were very professional and nice. I was seen within 30 mins of arrival. Dr was pleasant and nice.

It was great, all questions was answered, she provided extra information on my health and what I have to do and continue to do, she was able to fill all my prescriptions with no problem, Iam very satisfied with this practice.

I had a tele-health appointment and stated what was going on and Dr. Sannoh didn't hesitate to provide care. This is why she's been my doctor for almost 4 years now.

I was able to make a last minute new patient appointment with Dr Sannoh. I arrived and filled out paperwork. The moment I walked in the staff / front receptionist administrative was amazing! She was kind, friendly, professional and patient, she did it all with a smile! I was brought to the back by medical personnel. I believe her name was Ms Dejesus(?) she was very kind and professional! She’s asked, what brings you here today? I explained to her the reasons and gave her my health background. She took notes and my vitals and told me approximately how long Dr Sannoh may be in to see me. She could see and hear the flow of the office and assumed I would be next and I was! My wait time wasn’t long at all. Dr Sannoh came in, introduced herself (so did I) and she asked, how can I help you? why are you hear today? We chatted, I was very transparent in my health goals, expectations and needed her advice in making that happen! I was in search of a new primary care and I am so glad I found her office! She takes her time with you and she listens attentively! Wow!!! I respect physicians that takes time with you to develop a plan for you! Dr. Sannoh is the greatest! Been a patient since 2020. And the staff is always very kind and friendly. I recently switched to a different health insurance, and they handled the change smoothly and efficiently.

Dr. Sannoh takes the time to listen to your concerns. You are a partner in your total healthcare. On the last visit I was dealing for 8 weeks with over-reactive red facial skin. I was prescribed a medication which in two days relieved my skin. So happy.

Dr. Sannoh is a fantastic doctor. She is very knowledgeable, caring, asks in depth questions regarding the expert diagnosis. In addition, she reviews all your medications, blood test results, and encourages you to take good care of your self with suggestions and medications if needed. I have been going to Dr. Sannoh for almost 10 years. She mainly handles my hormone replacement therapy. We have had zoom calls when I cannot go into the office. She is a very understanding. A summary of your visit is sent to you. She listens and answers your questions. THE BEST!

Dr Sannoh has restored my faith in the medical community. She listens when you speak and does respect your feelings and beliefs. She will always take time with her patients. Time is on your side when you speak with her.

Unprofessional

Very unprofessional, biased and disingenuous Dr that lacks integrity and empathy. She tries to get multiple visits out of you for more money! I’ve known Sannoh since about 2020 but just relocated back to the Dmv and needed to utilize her for primary care. I believe she’s committing Medicaid fraud, as she barely addresses your issues herself. You will most likely only get a referral to other entities. She is also very short staffed (1-2 workers) so expect to wait to be seen. She is also the same Dr that forgot to send over my mom’s pre op paperwork for knee surgery causing a delay. Her focus is not the patient it’s the $ she’s driven by. I could say a lot more about this practice but I’ll tell the rest to the board. Feel free to report her for fraud if you’re always being asked for “telehealth”. There’s a reason her med assistant quit at one point and she couldn’t find anyone else to replace her. Almost like a wolf in sheep’s clothing Dr Sannoh deserves 0 stars. A very great Dr. I’ve been coming to her since I was 19 and I’m 25 now.

Dr. Sannoh and medical staff are very thorough and attentive answering all questions for possible medical updates. Staff are efficient with getting patients in and out in a timely manner. Doctor prognosis was nothing major, however recommended further xray to determine what is going on with occasionally foot pain.

The receptionist Brenda and Destiny are so lovely and Dr. Sannoh is just so amazing! I had such a great first time experience there. After having to switch work insurance I am lucky to have such a smooth experience here!

Phone visit: Dr. Sannoh has been my physician for over ten years for HRT (hormone replacement therapy). She requires blood tests and reviews them carefully. She diagnoses my condition then prescribes my medication and gives suggestions. She has a cheerful demeanor, and it is a joy to chat with her. Her staff is very helpful and friendly.

I was greeted very warmly at the office! Dr. Sannoh was very professional and caring! I was referred to her by a friend and my friend was right! I enjoyed my visit!

Went for 1st appointment to have the Doctor as my primary care she took a complete history of my health and gave me a checkup. Office is very clean and everyone is beyond nice. Real happy to have Dr. Yetunde as my primary care doctor. Had to leave a Dr I had for 10 years and very happy with my new place.

This is a much busier office than last year. My total time in the office was 1 hr 50 mins. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. The staff as always were professional and friendly. My actual time with the Dr. wasn’t rushed, she asked plenty of questions and was thorough. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was the length of time; no office appt. should take this much time.

Her service is excellent. She takes time with me helping me to understand my medical condition and proper medication that I should take.
