Office Policies and Procedures for Patients

Refill Policy
Below are the office policies regarding refills. If you have any questions please contact our office.
• Please contact the office directly, not the pharmacy.

• Schedule a follow-up visit if your last visit was more than three months ago.

• Controlled substances require a visit prior to refilling. 

• Verify pharmacy you want refill to go to. Once sent, you will need to transfer them yourself if you want to change pharmacies.

• Refills may take up to 72 hours to complete. Please do not check back before then.
Cancelation Policy
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before 24 hours of your appointment. Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee.
Laboratory or Imaging  Follow Up
• You may call the office if you have not heard back after two weeks of completing your test.

• Normal lab results obtained from LabCorp will be provided to you over the phone.

• Abnormal lab results will require a visit (Televisit or office) to discuss with the doctor.

• Results from imaging center or Quest may not be available at the time of your call, we may need to have them faxed over to us .

• Lab and Imaging results will be available for review on your patient portal once made available to us by the performing party.
